First: Service Definition
The service is a digital intermediary that facilitates the connection between individuals who wish to perform "Umrah and those who are legally qualified to do so. This includes students of religious knowledge, memorizers of the Qur"an, and qualified Muslim youth from Makkah who have already performed the obligatory "Umrah and are fully prepared to perform the "Umrah rituals on behalf of others according to the Sunnah of the Prophet, under the direct supervision of the platform"s administrators. The "Umrah is documented with photos and video, which are then provided to the person who requested the service.

Second: Service Providers and Users
1. Service Providers: These are individuals from Makkah who meet the religious criteria as students of knowledge and are prepared to perform "Umrah Al-Badal on behalf of other people (men or women) from all over the world
2. Service Users: These are "Umrah requesters from all countries who wish to authorize the platform to receive their request and deliver it to available service providers. They also want the platform to follow up on the performance of "Umrah Al-Badal according to the Sunnah, and to provide them with performance reports, including photos and videos, which are sent to them via WhatsApp

Third: Religious and Legal Authorization
1. The user"s agreement to this policy serves as a religious and legal authorization, granting the platform the authority to select a qualified person to perform the "Umrah according to the booking schedule and the availability of individuals.
2. The service user is not entitled to a refund of the chosen package"s fees after the order has been confirmed and submitted.

Fourth: Service Execution Duration
1. "Umrah Al-Badal" Package in Ramadan: This is performed during the month of Ramadan. The user is notified with reports of the "Umrah rituals, including photos and videos, sent via WhatsApp. Bookings can be made at any time throughout the year and will be scheduled for the specified period.
2. "Umrah Package" for Other Days: This is performed within a maximum of five days from the date the request is received. The user is notified with reports of the "Umrah rituals, including photos and videos, sent via WhatsApp
